Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Membership Fees

All membership fees paid to JAN DHAN SANCHAY CO-OPERATIVE (U) THRIFT & CREDIT SOCIETY LTD. are non-refundable once the application is successfully submitted and processed.

2. Deposits and Contributions

Any voluntary deposit or contribution made towards your account (e.g., Share Capital, Compulsory Deposit) will not be eligible for cancellation or refund once processed. However, the maturity or withdrawal of such amounts is governed by the applicable society policies.

3. Loan Application Fees

Fees paid for loan applications or documentation are non-refundable, even if the loan is rejected, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of payment.

4. Double Payments / Errors

If a transaction is completed more than once for the same purpose due to a technical error, the duplicate payment will be refunded upon verification. Please email us within 7 days with payment details.

5. Cancellation of Services

Requests for cancellation of services provided through the Website must be made in writing within 24 hours of payment. Acceptance of such cancellation is subject to review and approval by the Society's administration.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved by the Society, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
